The term “fat burner” is generally applied to any diet supplement which works to increase the metabolic rate and/or raise energy levels and encourage fat oxidation.
Fat burners are by far the most popular type of diet pill available, although they are also considered to be the most controversial – typically due to the use of harsh stimulants which can cause negative side effects.
